From March to May – Three Goals a Day

Freedom is the discipline and structure that we create for ourselves rather than given to us by others.

At the beginning of the year, we set goals and call them resolutions.

At this time of year, we shake off the weight and worry of winter and set short-term goals to prepare for the simplicity of spring and the sizzle of summer.

Commit to set and achieve three goals to stay motivated every day.

Ensure that each goal is a SEED goal – Small Easy Exciting Doable.

Decide on your three goals at breakfast or at the beginning of the day.

Share them with a partner, friend or colleague either in person or by text, e-mail or phone.

Describe the goals that you achieved at dinner or at the end of the day. 

Include any goals that you were unable to achieve  in tomorrow’s three goals.   

Ask for help, support and encouragement from your partner, friend or colleague.

Repeat this process and within a few days you will feel more present, positive, prepared and productive as well as creative, confident, consistent and communicative.
