An opportunity often appears as a request, a question, a mistake or a disaster.
Say yes to the request if you can make a commitment to give it the right amount of time and energy. Otherwise, say no meaning “no, not now” rather than “no forever”.
Answer the question immediately with “the answer is” or “I don’t know and I will get back to you within a specific period of time”. Be responsive and responsible.
Learn from the mistake. See the mistake as a gift, a chance to grow and improve and a necessary step to success. Avoid the nasty and negative. Focus on the present and positive.
See the opportunity in every disaster. If you focus only on the disaster, you will miss the many opportunities it presents. Every cloud really does have s silver lining.
Be positive and prepared. If you radiate a positive attitude, it will be reflected back to you. If you are prepared for an opportunity, it often appears as if by magic.
