Be COMFORTABLE in Your Own Skin

Connect with people who show that they are comfortable in their own skins.

Open yourself to opportunities to learn new things and show your stuff.

Make people who reinforce your sense of comfort in yourself a priority.

Find the courage to maintain your comfort with any person or situation.

Offer to be a mentor to a child, friend or colleague as a sign of your comfort.

Remember to listen to your inner voice to validate your comfort level.

Take time to focus on your personal life. In the end, it is all that matters.

Accept others for who they are not who you want or expect them to be.

Believe that you can have everything although not always at the same time.

Learn to trust yourself and in the choices and decisions that you make.

Express gratitude that you are becoming comfortable in your own skin.
