Start Your Day With A Simple Action Plan

There are mornings when you are wide awake, excited about the day ahead and can’t wait to get out of bed and there are other mornings when you are sleepy, stressed about the day ahead and would like nothing better than to spend the day at home in your pyjamas.

Regardless of the type of morning that you are having, your day can turn out to be better than you expected if you start your day with a simple action plan. I know that you are extremely busy and rushed, have a long to do list crammed with urgent and important items and that you are brimming with confidence and ambition.

I am suggesting that you start every day with a simple action plan that focuses on who you want to be and what you want to do in your life.

The simple action plan takes about five minutes to answer these three simple questions:

What is one thing that you can do quickly and easily before the end of the day?

What is one thing that you can do to make a positive difference in your life today?

What is one thing that you can do to make a positive difference in another person’s life today?

Start each day with a simple action plan and within a short time, you will feel happier and healthier, wiser and wealthier and more positive and productive.

Your simple action plan gives you something to feel good about and to look forward to each and every day.
