Reach in – Reach in to your self and spend 30 minutes in silence without the noise and clutter of technology to clear your mind to think, reflect and dream.

Reach out – Reach out to two personal and two professional contacts every day by phone or e-mail or in person.

Reach for – Reach for something by writing it down, creating a plan, taking slow, small and simple steps, making it happen and celebrating the accomplishment.

Reach over – Reach over the boulder that keeps blocking you from accepting endings, navigating transitions, building beginnings, embracing change and making progress.

Reach up – Reach up to stretch yourself and be open and interested to try new things that are way outside of your comfort zone and new people who generously share their opinions, cultures and passions.

Reach down – Reach down and work with others to help them lead and learn and build up their competence, confidence and commitment.

Reach across – Reach across differences of opinion and perspective to find points of agreement and opportunities for collaboration.

Reach beyond – Reach beyond your limits and set simple, short-term goals for personal and professional success.
