Successful individuals are responsive and responsible. Unsuccessful individuals are reactive and reckless.

Successful individuals see failure as a stepping stone to success. Unsuccessful individuals see failure as the final step.

Successful individuals are grateful givers who feel that they have more than enough. Unsuccessful individuals are greedy takers who feel that they never have enough.

Successful individuals look for the growth and opportunity in every challenge. Unsuccessful individuals look for the burden and challenge in every opportunity.

Successful individuals are positive and progressive. Unsuccessful individuals are negative and needy.

Successful individuals share the rewards with everyone. Unsuccessful individuals keep the rewards and share with no one.

Successful individuals are committed and have a Plan B.  Unsuccessful individuals are confused and refuse to plan ahead.

Successful individuals embrace change and new experiences, being a novice and understand that they must commit to continuous improvement as a person and a professional. Unsuccessful individuals cling to how they have always done things, see themselves as experts and are fine with who and where they are.
